A small fennel stem over the rim
Rinse a cold coupe glass with the Pastis and add
all the remaining ingredients to a shaking tin with ice and shake, double strain and serve. Garnish with a small fennel stem.
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Pastis |
| 2 fl oz | Gin |
| 3 leaf | Sage leaves |
| 5/12 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
