20ml St. Germain (elderflower liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
8-10 mint leaves
50ml Cranberry juice
FINE STRAIN over CRUSHED ICE

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2/3 fl oz Briottet Poire William liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
8 unit Mint leaves
1 2/3 fl oz Eager Cranberry Juice Drink
2/3 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
