Garnish:

Déshydrated orange Wheel and One basilic leaf over the émulsion

How to make:

Shake all ingrédients over ice, double strain into chilled glass, use eggwhite and basilic syrup to make homemade basilic émulsion over the drink

1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Mango purée
1 2/3 fl oz Passion fruit juice
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 1/3 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 1/3 fl oz Monin Basil sugar syrup
