How to make:
Shake All liquid ingrediants with fresh orange wedge, then dry shake again. Fine strain into rocks glass over block ice.

| 5/12 fl oz | Sauternes dessert wine |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5/12 fl oz | Monin Gomme Syrup |
| 3 drops | Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer |
| 1 wedge | Orange (fresh) |
| 1 fresh | Orange peel |
