For decoration, add grilled almonds on top. Make sure to create a White foam on top of the yellow color of the cocktail.
Put some ice in the glass to refresh the glass.
Mix the rhum, lemon juice, vanilla sirup, mandarine Napoleon liqueur, pineapple juice and white eggs into a shaker. First shake without ice.
Add ice.
Shake again (double shake).
Remove the ice from the glass.
Put the cocktail into the glass and add the angostura aromatic bitter.
1 fl oz | Rhum Clément Blanc |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 2/3 fl oz | Pago Pineapple (Ananas) Juice |
1 fl oz | Egg white |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
