How to make:
add ice on the glass
add everything in the shaker except the sparkling water, shake with ice
put the mix in a old fashioned glass
add the sparkling water on top
add a dry slice of orange on top the cocktail

| 1/3 fl oz | Yuzu fruit purée |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Pago Pineapple (Ananas) Juice |
