Add cocoa powder ( strain gently on surface ) , add a quarter of tangerine on the side and a sprig of mint on the other side.
How to make:
DRY SHAKE (without Ice) first Get 27 and egg white to lessen the strength of mint. Then add Mandarine Liqueur , Yuzu Syrup and Pineapple Juice with ice.SHAKE all ingredients.Fine strain into chilled glass and fill with Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water with the help of spoon.

| 2/3 fl oz | Egg white |
| 1/2 fl oz | Yuzu syrup |
| 1 fl oz | Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water |
| 2 1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice |
