Collins glassGarnish:
A thin 1/2 orange slice resting over the side of the glass.
How to make:
Hard shake all ingredients except the Ginger Beer.
Fine Strain over ice into a Collins Glass so that you can see a good portion of foam over the top of the liquid.
Pour the Ginger beer into the glass.
Enjoy.

| 1/3 fl oz | Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Gomme syrup |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Franklin & Sons Brewed Ginger Beer |
