
Optional: skewer of mandarine wedges and basil.
Muddle basil leaves with vodka in base of shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled coupe.
1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/4 fl oz | Vodka |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 leaf | Basil leaves |
1/3 fl oz | Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
3 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
5 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
