
Take a large orange peel and heat with a match and express orange oil over the cocktail. Lay the orange peel into the glass to infuse the cocktail while you enjoy it. Add one star anise on top
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for ten seconds. Double strain contents over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Plantation Pineapple Rum |
3/4 fl oz | Hennessy VS Cognac |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Yuzu juice |
2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
