combine ingredients in shaker tin
add ice to shake tin
shake vigorously (approx.45 secs)
strain into flute glass
add brut champagne
| 1 1/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 barspoon | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 3 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
