
To decorate, I use 3 dots of angostura bitter infused with mendarin orange
Shaker all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into glass
5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 2/3 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
2/3 fl oz | Verjuice |
2 drops | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
2/3 fl oz | Egg white |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
