How to make:

Pre-chill the glassware. Combine all of the listed ingredients and shake with ice, followed by a dry shake (no ice). Double strain into the Nick & Nora and garnish with a sage leaf.

1 1/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Gin
7/12 fl oz Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Le Sirop de Monin Lemongrass Sugar Syrup
3 wedge Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine (fresh fruit)
2 dash Cardamom bitters
4 drop Cocktail foamer
4 leaf Sage leaves
