The last years we have witnessed what is now characterized as the true golden age of bars and cocktails.

Almost every detail and every aspect has been questioned and reevaluated. Scientists and professionals from a wide, and at sometimes from irrelevant at first glance with the scene, array of fields have contributed in this global phenomenon.

New words have entered the bar vocabulary; multi sensory, food pairing, artisanal spirits, homemade ingredients, aged cocktails are just some of them.Through the net a huge number of professionals worldwide is exchanging information and research on a daily basis continuously changing and evolving what is considered to be one of the most interesting branches of the flavor movement worldwide.

All of the above can be found in Mykonos, in the new Belvedere Pool Bar which as a concept is signed by Chris Houseas from Bar 42 in Athens.

What are we drinking here? Try the very interesting combination of green apple, pisco and espresso coffee, or a cocktail with mezcal and prickly pear which is served with a rim of lyophilisated raspberries, coconut flakes, Greek pistachios and salt.
