Helping the community: With this twist on an espresso martini we aim to minimize our carbon footprint and put a spotlight on local producers. We are using cheeses from local producers, such us, "Alimentos de Miraflores" and have made reusable coasters from the coffee grounds purchased at a local coffee shop.
Cocktail initiative: A cocktail that supports and unites the local community and small producers in the city.
