After almost 20 years of experience working in luxury hotels and cocktail bars in five countries, Salvatore Camagna decided to open his own bar in Palma de Mallorca's old town on Plaça del Mercadal with a different philosophy from most classic cocktail bars.
With only around 20 indoor seats and a small terrace, allows a personal and intimate experience. He proudly says, "Every signature cocktail is created in-house using homemade ingredients, seasonal products and original flavour combinations. We focus on quality rather than quantity and prefer to create unique drinks instead of following trends."
The name "Dangerous Water" is inspired by the secret language used by American hobos during the Prohibition era, reflecting Salvatore's passion for the history of cocktail cultures.
