1925 Vermutería at Hotel Mett

Address: Ctra. de Vallvidrera al Tibidabo, 83-93, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona, 08035, Spain

1925 Vermutería at METT Barcelona blends the city's long-standing vermouth culture with a contemporary, coastal setting overlooking the Mediterranean.

Built in 1925 in the grand Catalan style known as Noucentisme, the hotel was originally the Gran Hotel La Florida, which attracted the likes of Hemingway and Rock Hudson.

The menu centres on premium vermouths served both traditionally and in creative cocktails, alongside a carefully selected range of wines, beers, and spirits. Mediterranean-inspired small plates, tapas, and sharing dishes are designed to complement the drinks, with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients.
