Like us you may have be driven to visit the Edition Hotel by Jason Atherton's Clocktower restaurant on the second floor. In order to access the Clocktower you'll pass by the hotels bright, airy and distinctly loungy lobby bar. It seems rude to walk past and not stop for at least one drink.

In keeping with the Clocktower's menu you'll find cocktails with names such as the Dill Or No Dill (reposado tequila, English cucumber, fresh organic dill cordial and beechwood smoked Italian salt) an Taking The Pisco (pisco, cacao liqueur, purple maze syrup and rose buds).

Bright airy with natural light flooding in the Edition's Lobby Bar is a great place to meet for afternoon drinks. Sit at the bar counter in front of the soaring amber glowing back bar or in one of the boxy sofas.
