Certified Organic and gluten-free. Made from all-barley malt, hops from Hainaut in the west of Belgium and spring water from Wallonia. This beer goes through a second fermentation in the bottle, causing the beer to have light yeast sediment in the bottle.

Appearance:

Cloudy, copper-brown with thick bubbled white head with quickly fades to thin foam.

Aroma:

Yeasty, crème brûlée with clove and hop spice.

Taste:

Bitter sweet caramel, toasty malt with creamy mouthfeel and spicy pine hoppyness notes.

Aftertaste:

Spicy (clove and pine) slightly bitter mocha coffee.
