Foam+ is designed to be used in replace egg white in cocktails to produce a rich, dense and glossy foam.
Foam+ is derived from the natural extract of the Quillaja Saponaria tree, an evergreen known for its exceptional foaming properties. Foam+ is odourless and colourless, so it does not alter the taste, aroma or colour of cocktails it's used in.
Foam+ is alcohol-free, gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
Foam+ has a shelf life of 24 months at 5–25°C, without requiring special storage conditions.
A single 50 ml bottle provides up to 250 servings, and the convenient dispenser ensures an efficient dosage is added to each cocktail, while the "vacuum system bottle: Ensures product integrity and prevents contamination."
When making a cocktail, add one dose to the shaker and shake with ice. Strain back into the shaker, and dry shake (without ice) before straining into your glass.
Foam+ was developed in Ukraine in 2020 by Andrii Osypchuk, a World Class competition-winning bartender.

Clear, deep brown, almost opaque.
Pungent dark chocolate, toffee, roasted macadamia nut and herbal, bark-like aromas.
Incredibly intense, bitter and unpleasant.
Very, very, long lingering. You'll regret tasting!
With just one dash squirted from the natty designer, the strong flavour of these bitters pervaded a Whiskey Sour. Foam+ does produce good foam when shaken in a cocktail, and its dispenser is the kind of high-end device that NASA might engineer. However, Foam+'s colour, pungent smell and intense taste are likely to negatively influence cocktails it's used in.
