An artisanal mezcal made with EspadĂn agave from Oaxaca and Tobalá from Puebla.
Each agave roasted in an underground conical stone oven for six days and ground with a Tahona wheel. Fermentation is with wild yeast in wooden vats, usually for six to ten days. After fermentation, the work is double-distilled in copper stills. The two distillates are blended and the mixture matured for five months in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
