A water-soluble, gluten‑free fat wash designed for use in cocktails. Dashes of this Browned Butter Fat Wash add a savoury nutty flavours to cocktails, without oiliness or separation.

A few dashes add flavour and round the palate, creating a velvety mouthfeel. Be sure to shake before use.

Bottled in 150ml (5oz) bottles designed for dash‑by‑dash application. When stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, Fat Wash has a recommended shelf life of three years from the date of manufacture.
