Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Clear, pale gold.

A nose with hints of green olive brine with spicy green bell pepper, dried grass aromas.

Deliciously spicy palate with chargrilled vegetables, particularly peppers sprinkled with sea salt, samphire and garnished with very subtle clarified cherry tomato juice.

Vanilla and caramel notes emerge towards the finish which turns peppery.
