Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Clear amber with gold highlights.

Aroma:

Strong agave nose with varnish-like oaky spirit aromas.

Taste:

The colour of this tequila hints at the level of oak extraction and dry oak is indeed a major characteristic of the dry spicy, strongly agave, stewed vegetable and toffee flavoured palate.

Aftertaste:

Green, dry, white pepper, celery salt, spicy oak finish.
