Delicate nose with wisps of smoke from the mesquite wood mesquite wood used during roasting. Faint aromas of asparagus, brazil nuts and dung.
Slight hint of sweetness to a lightly smoked palate with a touch of vanilla and lime.
Long, dry, delicately peat-like smoky finish.
