Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/12/2010

(bottle No. 245 of 786, group 26906M) Crystal clear. Louches milky white when water is added.

Simple soft anis and herbal notes and a higher fennel content than its French counterpart.

With three parts water, the result is a lightly aniseedy drink with delicate, complex, herbal notes of mint, angelica and camomile.

Wonderfully cleansing and refreshing.
