Review and Tasting

Sampled on 07/08/2012

Appearance:

(bottled 2012) Clear, golden yellow with a slight green tint.

Aroma:

Herbal minty nose with génépi, basil, lemon thyme, lemon verbena and room freshening spruce forest.

Taste:

Cleansing, vibrant and sweet with slight syrupy mouth feel and feisty peppery alcohol kick. Flavours of gentian, anise, génépi, violet, camomile and mint with general herbal complexity.

Aftertaste:

Refreshing mint, anise, génépi and gentian. After-dinner perfection.
