This prestige cuvee is made using an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in premier crus and grand crus vineyards and benefits from five to six years maturation in Jacquart’s cellars.

Appearance:

Pale, straw golden yellow with small persistent bubbles.

Aroma:

Mineral, toasty brioche and citrus with green herbaceous broccoli notes and vanilla.

Taste:

Full bodied, slight honeyed sweetness and fruity with dried apricot, honeysuckle and sweet lime zest atop biscuity body.

Aftertaste:

Sweet, citrus and fresh herbal finish with an almost anise-like minty lingering freshness.
