This New York State brewed Belgium saison farmhouse-style golden ale is primarily brewed with Pilsner, Pale and corn malts with Styrian Golding hops and added spices: grains of paradise, ginger, coriander and sweet orange peel. OG 16.8° Plato, IBU: 24.

Appearance:

(best before Apr-13) Cloudy, bright golden yellow with a three finger white head and patchy lacing.

Aroma:

Toasted bready malt, honeycomb and black pepper with light spice.

Taste:

Full bodied toasted malt with creamy foam mouth feel and effervescent peppery prickle. Notes of clove, cut grass, lemon zest and estery alcohol.

Aftertaste:

Slight ginger heat emerges in the malty coriander finish.
