Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Very pungent berry aromas – think Raspberry Mivvi ice-cream rather than fresh berries.

Taste:

Slight sweetness with intense concentrated berry flavour, mainly raspberry. Potent cracked black pepper spirit note.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper and concentrated raspberry.
