This dry vermouth is based on Ugni-Blanc wine and is flavoured with 17 different herbs and spices. It is sweetened with 25 grams of sugar per litre.

Appearance:

Clear, faint pale gold with a slight green tinge but almost colourless.

Aroma:

Fresh lychee and grape juice with bark, almond, citrus fruit, and pine forest.

Taste:

White wine, génépi, pine and salty seaweed.

Aftertaste:

Fresh, clean, slightly acidic, spicy, slightly oxidized white wine.

Overall:

The preferred dry vermouth for many bartenders for good reason.
