Brewed to be moderate in alcohol but with generous hop flavour using Motueka and Centennial hops. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and bottle-conditioned so contains yeast sediment. Store bottle upright and pour gently to leave sediment in bottle.

Appearance:
(bottled 14/Mar/14, best before 14/Jul/14) Hazy, sand orange-amber with retentive average white head and light lacing.
Aroma:
Grapefruit zest, grass/hay and mango with floral notes.
Taste:
Satsuma orange and pink clove zestiness with assertive hop bitterness and biscuity malt.
Aftertaste:
Floral are very evident with the zesty finish.
