Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Fresh garden peas, peppermint and basil nose with whiffs of aniseed.
Taste:
Star anise is more obvious on the fresh-breath palate, that while herbal and green is not obviously basil.
Aftertaste:
Black pepper spice emerges in the still aniseedy finish.
