Produced by the Peloni Distillery in the Italian town of Bormio, Amaro Bràulio is named after one of the mountains above the town. Most of the herbs, flowers, roots and berries that are used to flavour this digestive liqueur are picked from its slopes.

Appearance:

Clear, mahogany amber with bronze glints.

Aroma:

Caramel, rooty herbal notes, clove, liquorice, prunes and blackberry.

Taste:

Lightly spicy and bittersweet. Clove, dried fruit, cola, liquorice and bitter bark.

Aftertaste:

Bitter, cloves, liquorice sticks and cola with lingering spice.
