Named after the Old Norse for ‘glittering bright skies’ and distilled using Scapa’s barrel-shaped Lomond wash still, this Orkney Island malt was aged in first fill American oak casks. Released September 2015.

Salty, biscuity and bready with ripe pear and melon, cream of soda vanilla, mild spice (nutmeg, black pepper and clove) and toasty oak. |
Aftertaste |
Salty leather, nutmeg and vanilla with lingering sweet crispy seaweed. |

Beautifully balanced bready, fruity and salty with subtle spice and faint seaweed. |
