Luxardo London Dry Gin is distilled in a copper pot still with 9 botanicals: juniper, coriander, orris root, angelica, sedge, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom and bitter orange which are infused for 24 hours prior to distillation. After 19 days resting, the gin is filtered and bottled.

Made according to Luxardo family recipe for Ginepro di Dalmazia dating back to 1900.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Attractive bergamot and floral aromas with leathery piny juniper and rooty notes.

Taste:

Dry with a soft mouthfeel. Pronounced piney juniper, zesty orange, parma violet, black tea, gently assertive spice and faint ginger.

Aftertaste:

Piney juniper, cinnamon, cardamom and citrusy finish.

Overall:

This gin might be Italian but as its name suggests, it is classic London dry in style with attractive floral and citrus notes, enlivened by cinnamon and cardamom spice.
