Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/01/2024

Appearance:

Hazy, light amber.

Aroma:

Floral, earthy, and citrusy with subtle vanilla and gentian.

Taste:

Bittersweet with tart citrus and bitter gentian balancing sweet honeyed floral notes. Appealing thick, almost syrupy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Bittersweet citrus and floral finish.

Overall:

Everleaf is a cordial not designed to be drunk neat. Mixed either 1 part Everleaf to 3 parts light tonic water (as the brand recommends), or 1 part Everleaf to 2 parts soda over ice makes for a refreshing bittersweet, citrusy and floral long drink. If mixing with tonic be sure to use light tonic water.
