Subtly flavoured with botanicals found in a traditional English garden, including windfall apples, Broken Clock is made by infusing these ingredients in wheat neutral spirit and then redistilling this in a copper pot still, using the same method as in gin making.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Very faint floral raspberry.
Taste:
Soft mouthfeel and very delicately flavoured with raspberry and baked apple. Very clean with light black pepper spirituous spice.
Aftertaste:
Cleansing black pepper spice.
Overall:
A vodka distilled with botanicals using a gin-like process but their impact is so restrained that this is a vodka with a faint hint of flavour rather than a "flavoured vodka." The influence of the botanicals adds complexity and softens this vodka.
