Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/11/2016

Clear, very pale green.

Resembles green apple, freshly cut beef with faint soy sauce and woody pine.

Creamy mouthfeel with crisp acidity, green apple and notes reminiscent of freshly cut pine.

Fresh slightly acidic crisp finish.
