Pronounced ‘Ack-Ash-Ee-Tie Hon-Joe-Zo Gen-Shoe’, ‘genshu’ means natural strength and this sake actually comes from the same tank as Akashi-Tai’s Honjozo but this undiluted version has a much fuller palate.

Clear, very pale green.
Resembles green apple, freshly cut beef with faint soy sauce and woody pine.
Creamy mouthfeel with crisp acidity, green apple and notes reminiscent of freshly cut pine.
Fresh slightly acidic crisp finish.
