Designed to be mixed with tonic and extend your aperitif or in cocktails, Al Fresco is flavoured with a maceration of Mediterranean botanicals and citrus.

Signature serve ⅓ of Al Fresco, with ⅔ of tonic and a slice of orange.

Appearance:

Clear, scarlet red.

Aroma:

Pink grapefruit, strawberry and oregano.

Taste:

Bittersweet with strawberry jelly-like notes and rooty bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Bittersweet herbal strawberry and zesty grapefruit.

Overall:

Served with tonic water, as per the brand's signature serve, brings out jammy strawberry fruit while retaining a delicate underlying bitterness. Perhaps better in a spritz, 2 parts dry white wine, 2 parts Al Fresco, and 1/2 to 1 part soda water. Or in my own Bitter Sherry Sangria with equal parts fino sherry, Al Fresco and lemonade over ice.
