This "cream" limoncello from Pallini is dairy-free, lactose-free, vegan and is made only using Amalfi Coast lemons. Serve chilled &/or over ice.

Ingredients
Water, sugar, alcohol, maltodextrin, vegetable fats (from coconut), natural flavour, "Limone Costa d'Amalfi" P.G.I. lemon peel infusion, soy protein, acidity corrector: E500, colouring: E102.

Appearance:

Opaque, pale cream yellow.

Aroma:

Fresh fragrant zesty lemon.

Taste:

Zesty lemon with accompanying citrus acidity slightly softened by creamy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Creamy zesty lemon.

Overall:

Thinner in consistency and mouthfeel than many other cream liqueurs but this one has the huge benefit of being dairy-free. As you expect from a Pallini Limoncello, the lemon notes are invigoratingly zesty.
