Bottled at 46% alc./vol.in a Bespoke sculptured glass bottle with eroded textures topped by a stopped made from Sydney sandstone.

Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Freshly sawn toasted oak, leather, vanilla, green apple and pear skin.
Taste:
Buttery, cinnamon spice, toasty oak with accompanying tannins. Sweet baked apple and pear, and desiccated coconut.
Aftertaste:
Spicy. Cinnamon, black pepper and salty caramel.
Overall:
There is a discernable saltiness to this seaside malt which leads with buttery, cinnamon-spiced, toasty oak.
