Pomona takes its name from the Roman goddess of fruit and is a blend of apple juice and cider brandy from the apple orchards of Kingsbury Episcopi, aged for two years in oak casks.

Pomona is designed to be drunk after dinner like a port with a good cheese - preferably cheddar cheese. Its makers urge that Pomona is served and stored at room temperature - not refrigerated.
