The Dalmore Tay Dram is one of a series of four bottlings which form the Dalmore Rivers Collection and a donation is made from the sale of each bottle to charitable bodies safeguarding four of Scotland's most import Salmon rivers: The Dee, The Tweed, The Spey and The Tay.

The mighty river Tay is the largest of Scotland's great salmon rivers, boasting many a legendary catch, the most famous weighing in at a staggering 64 pounds, caught by Miss Georgina Ballantine in 1922, a record that remains unbroken to this day.
