Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla, parsnip and vegetable crisps, linseed oil, wax and pencil shavings.

Taste:

Dry oak smoothed by waxiness with herbal complexity, eucalyptus and hints of coal tar with smoky bacon meatiness.

Aftertaste:

Earthy, lightly smoky dry finish.

Overall:

A big malt with rich sherry and dry oak tannins harmonised by waxy mouthfeel with herbal complexity.
