Review and Tasting

Sampled on 23/09/2015

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Malt extract, nutty cake mix vanilla, honey and fruit salad chews. Water amplifies dried fruitiness with red apple skin, faint baked apple pie and cinnamon.

Taste:

Sweet and fruity. More fruit salad chews with clove spice, elegant oak and sweet vanilla. Even sweeter with water, revealing malty hoppy spice and slight burnt baked apple pie.

Aftertaste:

Dried fruit, vanilla and cooked apple with cinnamon and clove spice.

Overall:

A nutty fruity nose leads to a sweet and fruity nose with faint hoppy spice and burnt baked apple pie.
