Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Aperol Aperitivo
3 unit Mint leaves
25 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
45 ml Cachaça
