Ingredients:
1 13 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
13 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
8 drop Bob's Abbotts bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. Garnish with mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.
