Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Elements of Islay Peat
45 ml Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
120 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
