Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Savoia Americano Rosso
1⁄6 oz Agave syrup
2⁄3 oz Moscato d'Asti wine

How to make:

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice). TOP with sparkling wine.
